Please read in full before signing the completed contract
Ordering:To order a commission, send an e-mail to [email protected] with a detailed description of the artwork you would like. Please include any important details about the character, colors, references, background (if applicable) and any other important information.Please also provide your name & your paypal e-mail address (where invoices can be sent).Please specify if you do NOT want the process of your commission streamed on twitch or posted on social media.
Corrections & Revisions:⦁ The client is responsible for providing a detailed description of the artwork they want created.⦁ The client should point out any mistakes before approving the initial sketch.⦁ The artist has the right to refuse a revision.⦁ The artist will not redo a commission.
Payment:⦁ Payments will be made in USD through paypal.⦁ Commissions under $200 USD will be full payment up front.⦁ Commissions over $200 USD require payment of 50% of the price up front and 50% at delivery of the final product.⦁ Client will provide a Paypal e-mail address to which the artist will send the invoice(s).⦁ The first invoice must be paid within 3 days, work on the commission will begin once payment is received. Second invoice (if applicable) must be paid within 1 week.
Refunds:⦁ A full refund can be provided with a cancellation request if the artist has not begun work on the client's commission.⦁ If the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece a 50% refund can be provided.
Copyright & Usage Rights:⦁ The artist retains full rights to the original artwork.⦁ All commissions by default are for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise in the usage section of the fully signed contract. (eg. an emote being a paid twitch subscriber feature)⦁ Work may not be edited, traced, or altered in any way unless a special agreement is made within the signed contract.⦁ Client may post the finished commission on social media and use as a profile picture. On other websites it must be posted with credit. (credit being a link to the artist's website or social media profile)⦁ Commissions may not be used for merchandise or any form of profit by the client unless a special agreement is made within the signed contract.⦁ Digital pieces: A physical copy of a digital commission is not included in the price. However, the client may request the artist to list the artwork on the artist's inprnt so they can purchase a copy for an additional fee.⦁ Client may print their own copies of the commission for personal use from a local print shop or their personal printer.
⦁ Traditional pieces: While the cost of shipping is included in the price, tracking will cost extra. If the client is ordering a painted art card they should include whether they wish to pay for tracking.⦁ All Commissions will have a small, noninvasive signature that is not to be removed or altered.
NFTs & AI:⦁ No commissions or artwork from the artist are to be used as, or to promote NFTs (Non Fungible Token).⦁ No commissions or artwork from the artist are to be altered by, or submitted to the models or datasets of any AI website/AI program of any kind.
Violation of these terms will result in cancellation of all current commissions without refund, and the client will be immediately banned from all future commissions.
